Orders being taken for Castlefarm Angus heifer beef At the beginning of March we will be selling our first premium Angus beef. Just to explain the history of these animals. They were born on our farm 20 months ago and have lived through our conversion to organics.

Castlefarm opening days and times from January 2009 From January 2009 Castlefarm will be opening 3 days a week. Our opening days will be Friday and Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5. This will give me more time to grow more organic vegetables and more cooking time in the Castlefarm Kitchen.
